Ways your story could start
- You are asked to sit in on a briefing on the fifth floor: Special Agent Dana Scully is being assigned to the X-Files, and a silent man in the corner smokes through the whole thing.
- Your section is cataloguing old case files, and the X-Files keep coming back with notes from the agent in the basement, Fox Mulder, that nobody upstairs wants to read.
- Word goes round headquarters that Mulder and his new partner have flown to Oregon, where teenagers from one class keep dying in the woods.
