Once-promising industrial and medical hub, now economically depressed. Tenements, ripperdocs in storefronts, gang turf. Home to Viktor's clinic, Misty's Esoterica, and the Maelstrom and Tyger Claws. The smell of fried food and ozone.
Westbrook
Affluent district containing Japantown and luxury highrises. Home to powerful fixers, corpo elites, the Tyger Claws, and high-end clubs. The divide between neon wealth and street poverty is starkest here.
Heywood
Large residential area with strong Latino communities and Valentino presence. A mix of proud neighborhoods and gang turf wars. Jackie's roots run deep here. The Valentinos' code of honor shapes the streets.
Pacifica
Failed luxury resort district on the city's edge, abandoned by corps and now controlled by the Voodoo Boys and local populations. Decaying malls, half-finished towers, and the remnants of a corpo dream. Dangerous and mystical.
