Terms of Service

Effective: June 2, 2026

These Terms govern your use of AnyWorld AI ("Service", "we", "us"), an AI-powered interactive-fiction and life-simulation game accessible at anyworldgame.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AnyWorld AI is a text-based AI-narrated game. You provide inputs (world descriptions, character actions, conversations), our AI generates narration in response. Your inputs and outputs are stored privately on your account. Our service is interactive fiction / software; it is not professional advice and should not be relied on as such.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service you confirm you are 18+ and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Account creation requires email verification.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@anyworldgame.com of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or where we suspect fraud, abuse, or payment chargeback risk.

4. Subscriptions, billing, refunds

Storyteller subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Monthly and annual plans renew at the end of each period; Lifetime is a single one-time payment with no recurring billing. You can cancel a recurring plan yourself at any time from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep full access until then, you are not charged again, and your account then moves to the Free tier. Because cancellation is self-serve and immediate, you are responsible for cancelling before a renewal if you do not want the next charge. Refunds are limited and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (a single first-purchase trial refund within 3 days, subject to good-faith use; nothing else is refundable, to the maximum extent permitted by law, and nothing in it limits your mandatory statutory rights). Prices may change for new subscribers; existing subscribers are grandfathered on their current plan. All payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card details.

5. Absolute prohibitions

The following content is prohibited at all times, regardless of any account setting, content toggle, or world choice:

• Sexual or sexualized content involving minors or anyone described as underage
• Incest, including step-family in sexual contexts
• Bestiality
• Sexual content involving real, named, identifiable public figures
• Detailed instructions for real-world mass-harm weapons, attacks, or specific real-world group targeting
• Praise or coordination of real-world terrorism, genocide, or organized hate

We enforce these via input pre-pass, output post-pass, and system-prompt level filters. Accounts attempting to generate prohibited content will be terminated. We report CSAM to NCMEC (United States) and equivalent authorities in other jurisdictions as required by law.

6. Mature content

The Service offers an optional content preference for explicit mature themes, controlled from your account settings. Default is off. Enabling requires an explicit 18+ confirmation. This setting does not override §5. The mature-content option exists to support adult fiction (graphic violence, dark psychological themes, adult sexual content between fictional adult characters) consistent with mainstream interactive-fiction platforms.

7. User-generated worlds

The Custom World Builder generates fictional settings based on your description. You are responsible for what you describe. Custom worlds are private to your account; we do not redistribute, publish, or share them. Your custom worlds are your derivative interactive fiction, the same way a Google Doc is, they remain yours, in your account, and not redistributed by us. You may not use the Service to depict the prohibitions listed in §5.

8. AI outputs

AI-generated narration may contain errors, fabrications, or content you did not request. Outputs are provided for entertainment only and are not professional advice. We do not warrant AI outputs are accurate, safe, or fit for any particular purpose. You may not pass AI outputs off as human-written work in contexts where doing so is deceptive or unlawful (e.g., academic plagiarism, false advertising, impersonation).

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including all source code, design, lorebooks, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain rights to characters and custom-world content you create within the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content as necessary to operate the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

12. Termination

You can delete your account any time from your profile or by emailing privacy@anyworldgame.com. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. Sections 5, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email to your account address with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes. If you don't accept, cancel before the effective date.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of India unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer protection you have under mandatory law in your country.
