Live in Rick and Morty freeYou begin as
A twenty-two-year-old who has just moved in next door to the Smiths
Green light pulses from the garage next door at three in the morning, and the old man with the portal gun doesn't care who sees. You have just moved into the neighbourhood, and the Smiths' house is the one where the universe leaks in through the walls, where a fourteen-year-old keeps coming home covered in alien blood, and where the most dangerous thing in the multiverse is a drunk genius who thinks rules are for other people.

Ways your story could start
- The green light from the garage next door keeps waking you up at night. One evening you see a boy in a yellow shirt stumble out of the garage, covered in something that looks like blue paint but smells like nothing on Earth.
- A strange old man in a lab coat knocks on your door and asks to borrow a cup of plutonium. He is drunk and he is holding a gun that glows green.
- You find a note slipped under your door that reads: 'Do not go into the garage. Do not ask questions. Do not trust the old man.' It is signed Summer.
- Your mail has been delivered next door again, and when you go to fetch it, a green portal opens in the Smiths' living room and Rick steps out, covered in alien goo, with Morty screaming behind him.
- The news reports a massive explosion in the sky above the neighbourhood, and the old man next door is laughing in his driveway.
