Live in the Selection world
Yes, you can live in the Selection world. In AnyWorld you live a whole life inside it, turn by turn, while an AI writes your story and everyone remembers you. Meet America Singer, Prince Maxon Schreave, and Aspen Leger, explore The Palace, and see where your choices lead. Free to play in your browser, no download.
Live in The Selection freeYou begin as
A twenty-year-old maid at the palace of Illéa
Illéa is a kingdom born from the ashes of the Fourth World War, its people divided into eight castes that determine everything from the work you do to the person you marry. The Selection has begun: thirty-five girls from across the provinces have arrived at the palace in Angeles to compete for the hand of Prince Maxon Schreave. You are a maid in the palace, a Six, and as the cameras roll and the rebels attack, you must navigate a world where a single glance from the prince can change your life and a single misstep can end it.

Ways your story could start
- The Selection broadcast flickers on every screen in the palace servants' hall. America Singer, the red-haired Five from Carolina, has just told the prince she does not want to be here. The other maids whisper that she is a fool. You wonder if she is the only honest person in the building.
- A crash from the kitchens: a Seven has dropped a tray of the prince's favorite pastries. The head housekeeper blames you for not supervising properly. You have one shift to prove you are not at fault, and the Selection gala is in two hours.
- A letter arrives from your family in your home province. Your family needs money for a younger sibling's medical bill. The palace pays Sixes barely enough to survive on. The Selection means extra work for the maids who serve the girls directly. You could ask for extra shifts, but the head housekeeper watches everyone who asks.
- A Southern rebel attack siren splits the afternoon. The palace is under attack. You are in the corridor with a tray of tea for the Selected. Do you run for the bunker or stay and help the girls get to safety.
- The prince passes you in the garden. He nods at you, a courtesy he gives no other maid. Celeste Newsome sees it from her window. Her smile is cold. By dinner, everyone in the palace will know you caught his eye.
