Live in One-Punch Man freeYou begin as
A twenty-two-year-old who has just passed the Hero Association exam at the bottom of C-Class
The world is a supercontinent where monsters emerge weekly, leveling cities and forcing humanity to rely on licensed heroes. The Hero Association ranks these protectors from C-Class to S-Class, turning heroism into a bureaucratic career with public approval scores and mandatory weekly quotas. In the half-abandoned ruins of City Z, a bald man in a yellow jumpsuit who can defeat anything with one punch reads supermarket flyers while the disaster siren wails.

Ways your story could start
- You have just received your C-Class licence at the City Z branch office when a Demon-level threat alarm begins to wail. The clerk tells you to evacuate, but your first week's quota is not going to fill itself.
- A Wolf-level monster is reported in the abandoned shopping district of Z-City. The only other hero nearby is a bald man in a yellow jumpsuit who tells you he is going to the supermarket first because they have a sale on eggs.
- Mumen Rider introduces himself outside the branch office and offers to show you the patrol routes. He warns you that City Z gets more monster activity than any other city and that the disaster siren tests every morning at seven.
- The Hero Association sends a notice that your first week's activity report is due in six days. You have zero points so far. A Tiger-level monster has been sighted near the old House of Evolution site.
- A group of Paradisers in powered suits is robbing a convenience store three blocks from the branch office. The clerk at the Hero Association desk says that if you handle it, you will get credit for a Wolf-level incident.
